Ninacloak was founded in 2017 and it wanted to be a company strictly for the dignified descendants of Eve, who could find here the clothing items with the help of which they could create their perfect outfits. They even used social networks to get the attention of the target audience and, at first, everything seemed to be going well. Things started to change from the first deliveries, when users noticed that their products were not of high quality, the order did not correspond, the delivery times were long and even the customer relations service was not working any better. If you read Ninacloak customer reviews, you hardly find even one that is appreciative of them, which is quite serious.
What products can you find at Ninacloak?
Clothing items sold through Ninacloak are tops, dresses, pants, shoes, clothing and accessories. On the website, they claim that they have a lot of elegant, but also casual, blouses, sweaters and t-shirts in stock. So are their dresses, as well as their shoes. Unfortunately, there are so many negative Ninacloak customer reviews that we almost don’t even dare to talk about this company anymore.
A brand that wanted to be emblematic
About the company, the management of Ninacloak claims that it started as a small online store selling blouses for women. Then they wanted to develop, to become an emblematic brand in the field, offering representatives of the fairer sex fashionable items at affordable prices. From the website we learn that “products are shipped within five to twelve working days, depending on location and distance. Free shipping is offered on orders over $79.” They also claim that they are very good at returning orders. You should only wait 30 days until the problem is resolved, provided that the returned goods are in their original packaging and unused.
The reality is very far from what you just read here, and Ninacloak negative customer reviews also refer to these aspects.
